Refund Policy

Returns for eBooks are not accepted. However, if you have accidently purchased a duplicate of the same title, please email us at orders@shopiloripress.com to receive a store credit.

You will receive the value of the book in credit toward another instore purchase.

eBook returns will not be accepted for any other reason besides duplicate purchases.

Returns for Merchandise are not accepted. However, if you receive something that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us at orders@shopiloripress.com and attach a picture of the damaged item to the email. We will arrange to have the item replaced at no additional cost to you.
